Davis, 24, of the 1800 block of Stockton Drive, Hoffman Estates, were arrested around 4:40 p.m. Sept. 25 in a store on the 200 block of East Golf Road and charged with retail theft. The male owner woke to his vehicle alarm and saw the man trying to move the floor sander into a black Cadillac.
