Roth has proven to be financially savvy

I want to thank Billie Roth for providing the Village of Streamwood such an effective style of leadership.

When Billie took the position as Village President of Streamwood, the village was following flawed politics and, moreover, it was heading down a path of eminent failure. Fiscal irresponsibility had become the norm and our infrastructure was quickly deteriorating.

Streamwood had become a place where people were ashamed to tell others where they lived.

Today, the Village of Streamwood has finally achieved the level of governmental efficiency that so many other towns strive for. Billie Roth has proven that she can completely rejuvenate a suffering economy. She has been able to lower taxes while, at the same time maintaining a budget surplus and having enough funds to replace essential equipment and to maintain a high level of facility repairs.

Billie's expertise will clearly be a huge help in our effort to get the state of Illinois back on the right path.
