Suburban dancers advance on 'Dancing with the Stars'

Naperville native Evan Lysacek won't be the sole suburbanite on next week's finale of the top-rated TV show "Dancing with the Stars."

Tracy Matz, 21, of Des Plaines, and Sean Lyons, 19, of Naperville, both members of Purdue University's Latin and Ballroom Dance Team, also will appear in the finale. They're part of a team competing against students from Utah Valley University in the show's first amateur college dance championship.

This week, the Purdue dancers beat out the team from the University of California-San Diego to advance to the finals.

The finale airs at 7 p.m. Monday, May 24 and Tuesday, May 25
