St. Charlesbull; Kimberly L. Bushy, 56, of the 4000 block of Green Willow Lane received a citation May 1 for an incident where her dog bit another dog in the face as its owner was taking it for a walk, according to a police report. Bushy told police her dog ran through an invisible fence and attacked the other dog.bull; A St. Charles woman had $920 stolen from her checking and savings accounts following an incident were her bank statement was stolen from her mailbox and five withdrawals were made from her accounts through forged signatures, according to a police report.bull; A $1,450 tobacco pipe was reported stolen from an exhibit at the Chicagoland Pipe and Tobacco Show at the Mega Center on May 1, police said. bull; Sarah A. Schaden, 19, of the 1800 block of College Green Drive in Elgin, was charged May 1 with retail theft, according to a police report. Store security at Meijer, 855 S. Randall Road, observed Schaden select two beauty product items, walk through the store while slipping the items into her purse, and attempt to leave without paying for the items. Schaden then tried to leave the security office while being detained. The value of the stolen items was about $32. bull; Someone stole about $1,800 in metal shelving units from the Dominick's Finer Foods store that recently closed on Route 38, police said. The shelves were stolen from a large, blue recycling bin that was going to be taken for salvaging.bull; Jessenya Lourdes Armas-Ponce, 28, of the 500 block of Main Street in West Chicago, was charged Monday with retail theft, according to a police report. Store security at Kohl's, 3810 E. Main St., observed Armas-Ponce take numerous clothing items into a dressing room and exit with noticeably fewer items. A check of the dressing room found a pair of pants with numerous tags in the pockets. Armas-Ponce then purchased two pairs of pants and exited the store. She was stopped and found with several items valued at $436. bull; Frank E. Belline Jr., 48, of the 400 block of South First Street, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, according to a police report. A neighbor told police that Belline verbally threatened her for calling the police on him earlier in the day. The neighbor, however, had not called the police on Belline, according to police records.Genevabull; A serpentine belt and a brake line were cut on a vehicle while it was parked in a lot in the 1800 block of Averill Road April 29, police said. The damage caused the car to roll onto a lawn and almost hit a building when the owner unknowingly tried to drive the car. The serpentine belt controlled the cars air conditioning, alternator and power steering.bull; A blue BFI trash can was stolen between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. April 29 in the 600 block of Forest View Drive, police said.bull; A men's black and gray Trek mountain bike, a padlock and a security cable were stolen between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. April 29 from a rack on the north side of the Metra station at 328 Crescent Place, police said.bull; Vandals used spraypaint and an oil pen to paint and write graffiti on the windows and sidewalk of a shelter on the northwest side of the Metra station at 328 Crescent Place. Anderson St. A police officer reported seeing a Hyundai Santa Fe pass two buses that were stopped to pick up students, and start passing a third. All the buses had their red lights flashing and stop-sign arms extended. Police say Cindy A.
