Bataviabull; A GPS monitor on a person who is subject to an order of protection became activated at 7:42 a.m. Thursday in an apartment complex in the 1300 block of East Wilson Street, police said. While being chased by police, the subject jumped off an apartment balcony and ran into another apartment building. Police were not able to locate the person. The device the subject is wearing is designed to alert police if the person is breaking the terms of an order of protection.bull; Someone smashed a window on a vehicle and stole a Garmin GPS device and 20 to 30 music CDs in a parking lot in the 200 block of North Randall Road, it was reported at 8:35 p.m. Thursday, according to a police report.bull; Michael J.
