Bataviabull; A GPS monitor on a person who is subject to an order of protection became activated at 7:42 a.m. Thursday in an apartment complex in the 1300 block of East Wilson Street, police said. While being chased by police, the subject jumped off an apartment balcony and ran into another apartment building. Police were not able to locate the person.
