Improvements envisioned by Loyola University-Chicago include providing handicapped access, replacing the heating and electrical systems, windows, roof and skylight and converting the pool house into a commercial kitchen. An existing tent also would be replaced with a permanent, 300-seat banquet room. The property and buildings recently was given to Loyola by the Cuneo Foundation and an official transfer is expected in March. The presentation follows the regular meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. at village hall, 290 Evergreen Drive.
