The Daily Herald encourages amateur photographers to send in their work for our monthly photo contest. The contest is open to amateur photographers of all ages. Photos will be judged each month by our professional photographers.
To enter, send your photos in a digital JPEG format of at least 300 DPI to: lakeneighbor@dailyherald.com. Include your name, phone number and address. Include information about where the photo was taken, and who or what is in the picture.
One entry will be chosen each month as the winner of the Amateur Photo Contest. The winner will receive a $100 gift certificate from Posterworks Gallery, 24 Oak Creek Plaza in Mundelein.
