Maine West 3, St. Patrick 0: Carlos Trejo scored 2 goals and Nick Stanfa had the other goal for second-seed Maine West (16-4-2) in the Niles North regional semifinal on Wednesday.

Mike Bednarz had 2 saves in the Warriors' 11th shutout. Alberto Sanchez, Anes Kadiric and Angel Herrera had assists.

The Warriors will play for the title at 5 p.m. Saturday against Niles North, a 2-1winner in double overtime Wednesday against Schurtz. Brian Monterosso had the deciding goal for Niles North.
