Berthold Nursery and Garden Center hosts The Great Pumpkin Fest with rides, a petting zoo, a pumpkin patch, a corn maze, a craft fair, food and more.

Back to the war

Civil War history buffs, educators and interested members of the public are invited to the 12th Annual Civil War Symposium at the First Division Museum at Cantigny Park. At the symposium, educators will speak on Civil War topics. Outdoor activities feature war re-enactors portraying soldiers and civilians. An authentic cannon and other weapons will be fired in battle demonstrations.

Always room for improvement
