Mundelein's Whitemarsh cards school-record 37

Mundelein golfer Emily Whitemarsh was on her game Thursday.

The junior fired a school-record 37 in the Mustangs' 177-208 loss to Prairie Ridge at Countryside Golf Course.

The score was a season best for Mundelein, which also counted Meghan Barina's personal-best 49 and freshman Holly Gotlund's 53, which tied her personal-best score for nine holes.

Libertyville d. Warren: At Village Green, the host Wildcats won 199-211.

Libertyville's Kaitlin Woodyard was medalist with a 47.

Lake Forest d. Lake Zurich: At Village Green, the Scouts captured a 195-224 decision, as they were led by Paige Skinner's 46.
