Piano store owners sued:

Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan has filed a lawsuit against Paul and Peter Biasco of the now defunct piano retailer, The Piano Experts, LLC, formerly located at 1163 E. Ogden Ave. in Naperville. The suit accuses the Biasco brothers of engaging in "unfair and deceptive acts." Madigan's office has received more than 100 complaints from customers, some of whom said they never received pianos they paid for or did not get a refund they had requested.

Ash borer found in Lombard:

The emerald ash borer has been discovered in a private tree in north Lombard - the first time the insect has been found within the village limits. None of the insects have been found in parkway trees, according to Steve Kremske of the village's public works forestry division. Village officials say they have a management program in place that requires the immediate removal of infested trees on either public or private property. Officials are urging residents to pick up ash borer identification cards at the front counter of village hall or the public works building.
