Praises Streamwood VFW for event help

Just a few weeks ago, I helped to organize a fundraiser for Hoffman Estates High School, held at the Streamwood VFW 5151.

Steve Wilson, my contact at the VFW, was more than accommodating in making sure all was in order for the big event, and gave us full reign of their establishment. We were able to organize tables and chairs to fit our needs and bring in our own food for the event. They provided soft drinks, beer and wine at very reasonable prices, served by a wonderful staff of veterans who couldn't have been more gracious!

They gave us access to their P.A. system, which allowed the teacher/parent participants to hear clearly, all that was being said. And to top off a perfect evening, the price to rent the VFW was extremely reasonable. In past years I have organized events at other venues, but the hospitality and accessibility of VFW 5151 makes this rental hall one I would highly recommend.
