Over My Dead Body Chicken
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons flour
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted, or to taste
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, sour cream, salt, garlic salt, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
Place flour and bread crumbs in separate shallow dishes. Dredge chicken in flour, then sour cream mixture. Coat lightly with bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Drizzle with butter as desired. Bake 45 minutes or until done.
Serves four.
