•Burglars broke into a vehicle around 6 p.m. Jan. 25 in a store parking lot at 20530 Rand Road and stole a GPS valued at $250.
Gurnee
•Shane P. Perritt, 19, of Fairview Park, Ohio, was arrested around 7 p.m. Jan. 25 at Gurnee Mills, 6170 Route 132, and charged with battery after he pushed a victim on the head. A court date was not available.
Kildeer
•Thieves stole an MP3 player valued at $400 from Best Buy, 20771 Rand Road, around 8:40 p.m. Jan. 29.
Lake Zurich
•Daniel T. Faul, 19, of the 500 block of Cortland Drive, Lake Zurich, was arrested around 6:40 p.m. Jan. 26 on the 100 block of South Old Rand Road after a traffic stop and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (drug pipe) and possession ammunition without a firearm owner's ID card (. 223 ammunition round). His court date is March 3.
Lincolnshire
•Thieves used the credit/debit card of a Lincolnshire Drive resident to pay for medical care in Milwaukee, Wis. The theft was reported at 2:05 p.m. Jan. 29.
•Rudy Aldo Reyes, 24, of 26073 W. Route 134, Ingleside was arrested at 8:35 a.m. Jan. 30 and charged with possession of cannabis during a traffic stop in the 300 block of Parkway Drive. Reyes was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond and is due in Mundelein court on March 2.
•Thieves posing as water department personnel entered a home on Oakwood Lane and stole $100. The theft was reported at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 30. Police said no water department personnel were scheduled to work on Oakwood Lane that day and the resident's description of the men does not match anyone working for the department. The thieves were not wearing the official village of Lincolnshire identification card with photograph.

•Burglars stole a safe and several cartons of cigarettes from the Marathon gas station, 9 E. Rollins Road, between 1 and 4:20 a.m. Jan. 23. A value estimate was not available.
•Bryan J. Leider, 20, of the 200 block of Newhouse Lane, Round Lake Park, was arrested around 4:30 p.m. Jan. 19 at a home on the 0-100 block of West Honeysuckle and charged with criminal damage to property after he kicked the front door. A court date was not available.
•Vandals wrote graffiti on two exterior walls on a building on the 1100 block of Cedar Lake Road overnight Jan. 19-20. A damage estimate was not available.
•Vandals smashed a driver's-side and rear window on a Ford Explorer on the 1400 block of Lake Shore Drive overnight Jan. 19-20. A damage estimate was not available.
Wauconda
•Elaine V. Shockey, 35, of the 800 block of Woodland, Wauconda, was arrested around 11:50 p.m. Jan. 25 at North Main Street and Lewis Avenue and charged with battery, two counts of resisting a police officer, and an alcohol violation. Her court date is Feb. 10.
