Huntley 46, Grayslake North 36: Katherine Lowery scored 12 points to lead Huntley (14-10, 6-1) in this Fox Valley Conference Fox Division win over Grayslake North. Megan Martinez (10 points) contributed for the Red Raiders.

Crystal Lake South 44, McHenry 27: Behind Michelle Gaede's 12-point effort, Crystal Lake South (19-4, 61-) pushed past McHenry 44-27 in Fox Valley Conference Valley Division action. Katie Burton and Jessica Taldone each added 11 points to help clinch the Gator.

Woodstock 50, Dundee-Crown 36: Despite a 12-point showing from Tori Scarpelli, Dundee-Crown (2-21, 0-7) fell to Woodstock in Fox Valley Conference Valley Division play. Alex Lococo added 6 points for the Chargers.
