• Thieves stole a wallet around 11:45 a.m. Jan. 7 at Century Theatres, 21600 Field Parkway. A value estimate was not available.
Gurnee
• Thieves stole items out of seven unlocked lockers at Warren Township High School, 500 N. O'Plaine Road, between 4 and 6 p.m. Jan. 12. Missing items include cash, three wallets, three MP3 players, two cell phones, two calculators and a shirt. Total value was estimated at $1,500.
• Thieves stole a bracelet with charms out of an office at Warren Township High School, 500 N. O'Plaine Road, around 5 p.m. Jan. 13. Value was estimated at $751.
• Thieves stole an MP3 player and graphic calculator out of a book bag on the floor of a gym locker room at Warren Township High School, 500 N. O'Plaine Road, around 3 p.m. Jan. 14. Total value was estimated at $220.
Island Lake
• Burglars stole a GPS unit valued at $350 out of a vehicle on the 3400 block of Locust Avenue around 9 p.m. Jan. 17.
Kildeer
• Camilo T. Ortiz, 43, of the 100 block of Meadowbrook Lane, Wheeling, was arrested around 1:40 a.m. Jan. 8 at Route 22 and Salem Lake Drive and charged with possession/use of a fictitious ID card and traffic violations. A court date was not available.
Lake Zurich
• Vandals smashed the rear window on a vehicle on the 800 block of Warwick Lane around 2:15 p.m. Jan. 11. Nothing appeared to be missing. Damage was estimated at $300.
Round Lake
• Michael J. Simon, 43, of the 0-100 block of MacGillis Drive, Round Lake, was arrested around 11 p.m. Jan. 3 on the 200 block of Forest Avenue and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. His court date is Jan. 20.
Round Lake Beach
• Vandals broke out the rear window on two cars on the 1400 block of Hickory Avenue and 1300 block of Pleasant Drive overnight Jan. 3-4. A damage estimate was not available.
Vernon Hills
Richard F. Fransk, 24, of the 900 block of Checker Drive, Buffalo Grove, was arrested Jan. 6 at Sears in Westfield Hawthorn mall and charged with three counts of retail theft after he took several electronic items and tools on three separate occasions. His court date is Feb. 2.
