Grandfather says she's got the backbone for the job

I am writing today to give you a more personal perspective of Anita Forte-Scott, state representative candidate for the 56th District.

I am Anita's grandfather and have had the wonderful experience of watching her grow into an outstanding mother and successful business owner. The passion and dedication Anita exhibits toward children is a testament to her long-standing commitment to early childhood education.

She has exhibited proven leadership as the president of the Schaumburg Township Library Board, and now wants to propel that success to the state level. There is no doubt Anita has what it takes to make the right choices for our community and area families.

As a World War II Marine veteran I was surrounded by the toughest America has to offer, and believe me when I say, Anita has the backbone to stand up the corrupt political leaders who have turned our state government upside down.

It is time for a new direction and real leadership in Illinois, my granddaughter has what it takes to make this state what it once was.
