Bartlett

A woman broke into a locked cabinet at Walgreens, 891 South Route 59 on Sept. 22 and stole two pain medications worth about $443. Police said the same woman has stolen from several Walgreens stores.

• A large bag containing a laptop computer and other items was stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in an open garage on Silver Circle around 10 p.m. Sept. 20. The theft was estimated at $2,279.

• A golf bag and set of golf clubs, worth about $2,805, were stolen around 10:10 a.m. Sept. 21 from outside the Bartlett Hills Pro Shop, 800 W. Oneida Ave.

• Paul A. Bazzani, 29, 2216 Sable Oaks Drive, Naperville, was arrested around 2:30 a.m. Sept. 21 after a traffic stop at Route 59 and West Bartlett Road. He was charged with illegal transportation of open alcohol and driving under the influence. His court date is Oct. 10.

• Joseph R. Bonne, 18, 5772 Essex Court, Hanover Park, was arrested around 4:30 a.m. Sept. 21 on the 1000 block of Franklin Drive and charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. His court date is Nov. 5.

• Someone entered a home on Fieldcrest Drive around 11:30 p.m. Sept. 18 and stole items valued at $1,638. The residents were asleep at the time.

• Dominic P. Sisto, 17. 2353 Vanderbilt, Geneva, and Milan D. Mitic, 19, 749 W. Stearns Road, Bartlett, were arrested Sept. 9 on the 100 block of Fountain Grass and charged with felony burglary. Their court date is Oct. 21.

Hanover Park

• Burglars damaged a window screen at one apartment and broke in and stole items out of another apartment on the 1700 block of Ontarioville Road around 9 a.m. Sept. 22. The estimated cost of the theft and damage was not available.

• Someone stole $236 in merchandise from Walgreens, 5500 Country Farm Road, around 4:25 p.m. Sept. 22.

• Rodolfo Realano, 49, 2460 Leslie Lane, Apt. 9A, Hanover Park, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with retail theft from Cub Foods, 7580 Barrington Road. A court date was not available.

• Yolanda Cook, 31, 2132 Wildwood Lane, Hanover Park, was arrested around 12:45 a.m. Sept. 19 at County Farm Road and Wildwood Lane and charged with possession of marijuana. A court date was not available.

Hoffman Estates

• A black couture purse worth about $165 was stolen out of a 2002 Honda Accord on the 600 block of Northview Lane between 9:15 and 10:15 p.m. Sept. 20.

• A cell phone was stolen from a visitor to the Blackhawk Recreation Center, 1685 W. Higgins Road, between 8-11 p.m. Sept. 19.

• An apartment on the 2000 block of Hassell was broken into between 8 p.m. Sept. 20 and 9:15 a.m. Sept. 21. Damage to the door and the theft of cash was estimated at $300.

• Nine empty beer kegs worth about $270 were stolen overnight Sept. 19-20 from Buffalo Wild Wings, 2540 N. Sutton.

• Leonard Mark Hafner, 48, 585 Amherst Lane, Hoffman Estates, was arrested around 12:30 a.m. Sept. 20 after a traffic stop at Route 59 and Bode Road and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of alcohol. His court date is Oct. 31.

• A 2008 Honda CR-V on the 700 block of Hill Drive was vandalized between 11:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sept. 18; damage was estimated at $1,000.

• A home on the 1800 block of Jamestown Circle was burglarized between 8:15 a.m. and 8 p.m. Sept. 18; a $1,500 laptop computer was stolen.

• A set of golf clubs, bag, 18 golf balls, White Sox hat and rain gear were stolen from the parking lot at Hilldale Golf Club, 1655 Ardwick, around 12:30 p.m. Sept. 22. The theft was valued at $2,280.

• A purse was stolen from a customer at Buona Beef, 2352 W. Higgins Road, around 12:40 p.m. Sept. 22. The loss was estimated at $160.

Schaumburg

• Ryan Scott Moriarty, 21, 241 Deerpath Court, Schaumburg, was arrested around 1:30 a.m. Sept. 21 and charged with battery after police say he punched someone in the chest at a business on the 600 block of North Martingale Road. His court date is Oct. 15.

• Justin Scott Jordan, 18, 9363 Bristol Lane, Huntley, was arrested around 3:05 a.m. Sept. 21 after a traffic stop on North Walnut Lane at Bode Road and charged with possession of marijuana. His court date is Oct. 30.

• A 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo was broken into at a store lot on the 1100 block of South Roselle Road around 11:45 a.m. Sept. 19. A man was seen pushing down the front passenger's-side window; he took a radar detector worth about $400 and fled in a small white vehicle.

• Two vehicles in the Streets of Woodfield parking garage were broken into between 6 and 9:40 p.m. Sept. 20. A laptop computer and GPS unit were stolen out of a 2005 Honda sedan; the theft and damage to the car were estimated at $1,000. A GPS unit was stolen out of a 1999 Honda; that damage and value was estimated at $350.

• A Mercury sedan at the Metra depot, 2000 S. Springinsguth Road was burglarized between 12:30 and 7:15 p.m. Sept. 19; a $200 GPS unit was taken.

• A 1993 Toyota Sienna at the Metra depot, 2000 S. Springinsguth Road, was broken into between 12:52 and 9:30 p.m. Sept. 20; a GPS unit was stolen. The theft and damage was estimated at $100.

• Kacy Marie Rozycki, 19, 1847 Hawk Lane, Elk Grove Village, and Stephanie Marie Zentner, 17, 1818 Hawk Lane, Elk Grove Village, were arrested Sept. 20 and charged with retail theft from Macy's in Woodfield Mall. Their court date is Oct. 16.

• Sillo Vasili, 53, 1926 Prairie Square, Apt. 107, Schaumburg, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with retail theft from Sears in Woodfield Mall. No court date was available.

Streamwood

• Danilo Simonovic, 28, 622 Burgess Court, Schaumburg, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with battery after police say Simonovic, a food counter employee at Sam's Club, 900 S. Barrington Road, grabbed a male customer by his shirt collar, causing two buttons to pop off. Police indicate it started when the customer, who was waiting for a pair of contact lenses and could not read the menu, complained Simonovic was rude. A court date was set for Oct. 16.

• A cell phone was stolen off the nightstand in a patient's room at Lexington, 815 E. Irving Park Road, between 7:30 p.m. Sept. 19 and 1:15 p.m. Sept. 20.

• A Nissan Sentra and an Infiniti in a driveway on the 0-100 block of Linda Lane were vandalized between 7 p.m. Sept. 20 and 10:30 a.m. Sept. 21. A damage estimate was not available.

• A green 20-inch BMX bike was stolen around 3 p.m. Sept. 21 from a front yard on the 400 block of Arnold Avenue.
