Elect Prochno to clean things up

Illinois government has become synonymous with political corruption. Our governor has become an expert at pay-to-play politics and continues to increase his campaign donations through this unethical practice.

We need tough lawmakers who are willing to stand up against the status quo politicians who are willing to abuse the system. We need lawmakers who will enact laws that make it illegal to trade jobs for campaign contributions.

Christine Prochno, who is running to replace retiring State Rep. Carolyn Krause, fits the bill. She has recently supported a proposal that would enact the nation's toughest anti-corruption laws. The current administration has proved to have no problem jumping through all of the loopholes and this has to stop.

Prochno has been a village trustee for 12 years and knows what it's like to be accountable to the people. She is an everyday hard-working Illinois resident that wants to protect tax payer dollars, not abuse them.
