Antique tractors coming to Huntley

If you missed the county or state fair, you won't want to miss Saturday's farmers market, set for 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in downtown Huntley. At 10:30 a.m., the Prairie Voices chorale will entertain in the gazebo, with a public singalong at the end of their performance. The concert is free, but plan to bring your lawn chairs and refreshments.

The Farmers Market will run each Saturday through Sept. 27. On Sept. 14, an apple pie bake-off will be held for aspiring chefs in adult and children's categories. Entry forms may be found at www.huntley.il.us, or contact Barb Read at (847) 515-5562 or bread@huntley.il.us.
