Northwest Suburban Astronomers Public Star Party: 7 p.m. July 26, at Marengo Ridge Conservation Area, Shelter 2, two miles north of the town of Marengo on the east side of Illinois Route 23, McHenry. Look at the stars, galaxies, nebulae and star clusters with the help of NSA member telescopes. Bring warn clothing, insect repellent and flashlight covered with red plastic or cellophane. Free event.
