• Western Illinois University in Macomb named the following undergraduate students to the 2007 fall dean's list:

Bartlett: Gregory P. Baldwin (senior), Melissa M. Butler (sophomore), Beth K. Engelking (senior), Keith D. Kowalski (senior) and Samuel A. Wrobel (senior).

Hanover Park: Danielle L. Foley (senior), Dechet A. Miller (senior), Ketan D. Navadiya (junior) and Nina M. Police (junior).

Streamwood: Kate E. Harrington (sophomore) and Kristina Marie Mcelmeel (sophomore).

• Western Illinois University in Macomb announced the following students earned academic degrees after the 2007 fall semester:

Bartlett: Erin M. Guidara, history; and Julie M. Rodgers, art.

Hanover Park: Michael T. Jandt, music; Megan Ann Mcaleer, education, elementary education; and Peter P. Skiba, law enforcement and justice administration.

Streamwood: April Colleen Eichele, (magna cum laude), Spanish.

• Stefanie M. Neuman and Jonathan Wheeler, both of Streamwood, were named to the Columbia College dean's list for the October 2007 session.

• Sean P. Flauter of Bartlett, a student at Bradley University, Peoria, was named to the Dean's List for the fall 2007 semester.

• Conrad N. Kozuch of Streamwood, a student at Bradley University, Peoria, was named to the Dean's List for the fall 2007 semester.

• Rossen Petrov, son of Peter and Zlatka Petrov of Streamwood, and a freshman at Greenville (Illinois) College, was named to the dean's list at the conclusion of the fall 2007 semester.

• Stephanie L. Kajpust of Hanover Park, a post graduate student majoring in mathematics at Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Mich., was placed on the fall 2007 Dean's List.

• The following students graduated in December from Benedictine University in Lisle: Martha G. Boschi of Streamwood, master's degree in business administration; Charles Gerard Walsh of Bartlett, master's degree in management and organizational behavior; and Surinder Rana Sehdev of Hanover Park, psychology.

• Elmhurst College named the following students to the fall Dean's List:

Bartlett: Ingrid Fitzpatrick, Jeannine Flick, Jacqueline Kawa, Ryan Keiler and Courtney Klein.

Hanover Park: Kara Brockman, Parnell Dean, John Robert Matz and Pamela Thiry.

Streamwood: Ward Brady and Danielle Wichtendahl.

• Raj Patel of Hanover Park received academic honors from Ferris State University, Big Rapids, Mich.

• Andrea Roula Kourtas of Bartlett was named to the Department of Communication Honor Roll for the fall 2007 semester at Northern Illinois University, DeKalb.

• Ashley Okon of Hanover Park, a pre-veterinary medicine/equestrian studies major at the University of Findlay in Ohio, was named to the fall 2007 Dean's List.

• Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington named the following students to the fall 2007-08 Dean's List.

Bartlett: Amy Burns and Will Palmisano.

Hanover Park: Jeremy Henle.

Streamwood: Nicole Schiller and Christy Spees.

• Kathryn Marie Larocca of Hanover Park, a junior majoring in elementary education in the College of Human Sciences at Iowa State University, Ames, was named to the 2007 fall Dean's List.

• Kevin Wright of Hanover Park, a senior political science major at Valparaiso in Indiana, was named to the fall 2007 Dean's List.

• Sonja Magnuson of Hanover Park, a freshman elementary education major at Valparaiso University in Indiana, was named to the fall 2007 Dean's List.

• Amanda Rolle of Streamwood was chosen as University Scholar at Illinois State University, Normal, and will receive a University Scholarship which provides $5,000 for each of four years.

• Lauren Salmons Asprooth of Bartlett, a junior majoring in political science in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Delaware, Newark, was named to the 2007 fall semester Dean's List.

• Jennifer Bong, daughter of Rick and Trina Bong of Hanover Park, was named to the fall 2007 Dean's List at Edgewood College, Madison, Wis. Bong is a sophomore studying graphic design with a business minor.

• Christina Pizzitola of Streamwood, a senior at Minnesota State University, Mankato, was named to the High Honor List for fall semester for achieving a 4.0 straight "A" average.
