Quilt to be raffled off

Faith in Action McHenry County is sponsoring a raffle for a queen size Bargello quilt handcrafted by FIAMC volunteer Marita Reed.

The costs for the raffle tickets are $1 per ticket or six tickets for $5.

Tickets for the raffle can be purchased from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday at the FIAMC office, 7105 Virginia Road, Suite 21, Crystal Lake, or can be reserved by calling the FIAMC office at (815) 455-3120.

The quilt can be viewed at the FIAMC Web site, www.fiamchenrycounty.org, on the "wish list" page under "donations."

The raffle will be held at FIAMC's annual pasta dinner, Evening in Italy, scheduled for Jan. 31, 2009.
