Become a leader in your association

Owners in condominium, townhouse and homeowner's associations have the opportunity to take an in-depth program aimed at providing knowledge and expertise in community association living. Upon completion of this six-course program, individuals will achieve "ACTHA Certified Leader" status.

The Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations has announced its 2008 dates. The program begins Saturday, March 29 with one course offering at ACTHA's Spring Conference and Trade Show at the Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace. Other locations where the program will be offered are Schaumburg, Oak Park and Orland Park.

Since home owning is the biggest investment many people ever make, protecting that investment is essential. This program is designed to do that by providing a well-rounded knowledge base for community association leadership. Key fundamentals in several different disciplines ranging from governance to finance to administration are part of the overall program. This program is designed for board members as well as owners who want to be more aware of their association's operations.
