Roselle train death a suicide, coroner says

The death of a Schaumburg man struck by a train in Roselle Friday appeared to be a suicide, the DuPage County coroner's office said Monday.

The 58-year-old man was killed at about 3:30 p.m. by a westbound Metra train near Roselle Road.

A coroner's office employee reached by phone did not release the man's identity.
