Thanks for backing WDSRA's 'Taste'

A fundraising event's success is dependent upon sponsorships, donations and attendance.

Western DuPage Special Recreation Association's Taste of Western DuPage, held at the Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort, was a huge success for exactly those reasons. Guests came from all over DuPage County and beyond to sample the flavorful food, wine, beer, and coffee offerings of 18 area restaurants and businesses.

We would like to extend a special thanks to the restaurants who generously donated all the food and their services for the evening, as well as raffle prizes and coupons:

We also appreciate the donations made by the many other local businesses who contributed to our raffle.

WDSRA provides recreational and social development opportunities for more than 8,000 individuals with special needs throughout western DuPage County. Funds raised through events such as the Taste help us continue to offer athletic and fine arts programs, Special Olympics and adapted sports programs, day camps, social clubs and inclusion services. We could not do that without the support of area businesses and supporters who attend these fundraising events.
