Cogmed partners with major clinics

NAPERVILLE -- Cogmed, a developer of working memory training software for children and adults with attention deficits, Monday announced partnerships with four Midwestern clinics: St. John's Mercy Hospital in St. Louis; Centegra Health System in McHenry County; Affinity Health System in Menasha, Wis.; and Madison Center in South Bend, Ind. These partnerships add to a growing network of more than 50 U.S. clinics.

Truck firm to meet emission standards

WARRENVILLE -- International Truck and Engine Corp, a Navistar company, said that its MaxxForce brand diesel engines will meet the stringent U.S. federal 2010 emissions standards for all its core applications without the use of selective catalytic reduction systems. The company aims to provide customer-driven solutions to reduce costs and maintenance needs for buyers of International brand vehicles when the next EPA on-highway emission standards take effect.
