She will be giving the workshop participants a complete understanding of the causes and symptoms that occur during PMS, menopause and infertility problems. The attendees will learn solutions regarding natural holistic approaches via diet, exercise and stress reduction.
Dr. Howe has invited two guest speakers to this workshop to help the attendees better understand how they can handle the adverse effects hormone problems have in people's lives.
Stacey Menheer from NeuroScience will discuss Functional Testing and how this type of testing can lead to better solutions by health practitioners. Specific testing that goes hand in hand with "Balancing Hormones Naturally" are the Female Cycle Mapping which targets the symptoms connected with an irregular cycle, specific menopause testing and libido testing. The adrenal profiles have been found to give specific solutions in regard to fatigue, stress, poor concentration and many more.
The testing she will be discussing is designed to give you a solution to your specific problem through natural methods.
Victoria Cook, The Guilt-Free Coach, will educate the group on strategies for reducing stress which is one of the leading causes of health problems today. One of these strategies is how to live a guilt free life, which is her specialty.
