At West Lake in Cary, maintenance-free townhouse living is now available within 30 days.
According to Charles Lorenz, president of Par Development, Inc., the neighborhood developer, buyers can be in one of three Buckingham designs within the next 30 days and save up to $35,000.
"Two of these homes include finished English basements and the other a finished walkout basement," said Lorenz. "All of the homes feature upgraded carpeting, cabinetry, Corian countertops and flooring and the best part is these three homes are offered at a tremendous savings of $30,000 to $35,000."
