Marian Central All-Night Bingo set for Saturday

On Saturday, Marian Central Catholic High School's Fathers' Club is hosting an All-Night Bingo event at the school, 1001 McHenry Ave., Woodstock.

Proceeds from the bingo program are used to fund capital improvements to the school. Most recently, the Fathers' Club funded the new concession/snack bar facility in the school cafeteria.

The school doors open at 5 p.m. The bingo hall doors open at 6 p.m. The games begin at 7:30 p.m. and continue all night long.

A $10 deposit reserves a seat and a 30-card set. Seating will be determined by the order the paid reservations are received. Reservations have priority seating until 6:30 p.m.

The earlier the club receives your deposit, the lower your seating reservation number will be. Club members begin handing out reservation numbers at 5 p.m. on Saturday evening.

You may save a seat for others if you pay for and pick up their card sets. The card sets must be placed on the table for each seat saved.

Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended for the best choice of seating. Walk-ins will be seated after 6:30 p.m. in the order in which they arrive.

There will be bingo supplies and plenty of food for sale, as well as pull-tabs and door prizes.

There will be two complete sessions with a guarantee of $4,000 plus special games such as Race Horse, Lucky 7 and others.

There is a minimum charge of $30 for the entire evening, which includes 15 cards for each session. Additional cards will be on sale at six for $5.

A separate, expanded, non-smoking room complete with concessions is available.

The event only uses daubers, and will be unable to accept checks on Bingo Night.

Before Bingo Night, you can make checks payable to the Marian Central Fathers' Club and mail reservations to Bobbi Suthard, 340 Orchard Court, Woodstock, IL 60098.
