Briefs: Nordstrom Rack set on Naperville

NAPERVILLE -- Seattle-based Nordstrom Inc., a fashion specialty retailer, announced that it will open a 38,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack store at Springbrook Prairie Pavilion in Naperville next fall. Nordstrom Rack is the company's off-price retail division offering savings of 30 to 75 percent on apparel, accessories and items for the home for the entire family -- including an extensive collection of name-brand shoes. Nordstrom Rack merchandise is made up of products from Nordstrom stores and the company's online store at Nordstrom.com, as well as special purchase items.

Glen Ellyn Moving & Storage sold

LISLE -- Robert Schmitz Real Estate, a provider of corporate real estate services, announced the sale of a 30,000-square-foot, two-story industrial building at 1530 W. Wrightwood Court in Addison. The building was previously occupied by Glen Ellyn Moving & Storage and was to the Zipprich Corp. Zipprich is a machinery moving, erecting, hauling and storage company relocating from Lombard. The seller was an unidentified private investor. The asking price was $1.89 million.
