City wants wall input

Naperville officials are seeking public input on the characteristics of the sound-reducing walls that will be built around the intersection of 75th and Washington streets. A variety of test walls will be displayed. A survey at the city's Web site will allow residents to leave their thoughts. The survey is at www.naperville.il.us/soundwall.aspx. The purpose of the survey is not to pick a favorite wall, city officials said. They want residents to weigh in on the aspects of the walls that are appealing.
