Remington Ridge in Streamwood offers ranch villa townhouses with many of today's most in-demand amenities and energy efficient products. Homes feature two bedrooms and a den with three baths.

Remington Ridge is an enclave of 60 townhouses surrounded on three sides by oaks and other pre-settlement trees that are part of the Forest Preserve District of Cook County, never to be disturbed by development.

Townhouses at Remington Ridge are sited in clusters with two to three homes per building, many on premium lots that back on the woodlands.

There are three end and two interior models to choose at Remington Ridge, each with a contemporary floor plan shown in three decorated models.

"Many of the people who walk through our models are amazed to find that the interior space is so seamless and open," says sales manger Sharon Kochlefl.

These versatile ranch villas offer from 2,276 to 2,611 square feet of living space and are base-priced from $369,900 to $399,900.
