Lac des Illinois Chapter, National Society Colonial Dames: The Lac des Illinois Chapter, National Society Colonial Dames, XVII Century, will meet at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 17 at the Long Grove Chocolate Factory, with a luncheon and meeting following at noon in the Long Grove Cafe. Joe Lessman Division of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society: A meeting of the Joe Lessman Division of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society will be held at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, at the Oakton Community Center, 4701 Oakton St., Skokie. New Beginnings: The Ministry of New Beginnings, part of the Phoenix Group, is a 30-year old Catholic oriented non-denominational social support organization for the separated, divorced, widowed and single persons. Meetings are held every Monday (except holidays) at 7:30 p.m. in the lower level of Trinity Lutheran Church, 405 Rush St., Roselle. Donation is $3 per meeting. September events include:
