Gurnee

•Thieves stole a white bag containing four cell phones, a camera, two wallets, approximately $100, social security card, and three credit cards around 10:30 a.m. Aug. 16 out of the storage bin at the Roaring Rapids water ride in Six Flags Great America, 1 Six Flags Parkway, police said. The bag was found in a women's washroom, reports added. Value of the missing items was not available.

•Thieves stole a purse around 7 p.m. Aug. 18 from a customer at Gurnee Mills, 6170 Route 132, police said. Value was estimated at $56.

Hawthorn Woods

•Edgar J. Ramos, 24, 660 Greenview, Mundelein, was arrested around 1 p.m. Aug. 18 and charged with unlawful delivery of alcoholic liquor to a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor after he was accused of purchasing three bottles of vodka, four cases of beer and one case of wine coolers for a party Aug. 17 on the 200 block of Joshua Drive, police said. According to reports, he was not at the party, but had been asked to purchase the alcohol, and two minors at the party told officers Ramos had supplied the alcohol after they gave him the money and drove him to the store. His Waukegan court date was set for Oct. 3.

Lake Zurich

•Stephanie E. Swanson, 18, 441 N. Ela St., Barrington, was arrested around 5:20 p.m. Aug. 17 and charged with retail theft after a security agent for Kohl's, 675 N. Rand Road, saw her take merchandise and leave without paying, police said. Her Waukegan court date was set for Sept. 17.

Lincolnshire

•Yuba Bromberg, 18, of 1316 Devonshire Road, Buffalo Grove; and Galina Rybalova, 17, of 275 Brunswick Drive, Buffalo Grove, were arrested around 3:39 a.m. Aug. 26 and charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor after police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the 400 block of Farrington Drive. Their Mundelein court date is Sept. 24.

Round Lake

•Deonte D. Washington, 22, 2310 Gabriel Ave., Zion, was arrested around 8:30 p.m. Aug. 10 and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer, and attempted obstructing justice after an officer found him urinating on the side of a business at 320 W. Nippersink, and he ran from the officer, police said. His court date was not available. According to reports, there were two arrest warrants for him for failure to appear for domestic battery and resisting a peace officer.

Round Lake Beach

•Burglars stole cash and a cell phone Aug. 11 out of a Lexus parked in a driveway on the 1400 block of Melrose Avenue, police said. A value estimate was not available.

Vernon Hills

• Geary M. Jacobs, 24, 4 Warrington, Vernon Hills, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic syringe/needle, and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers were called to his home by a parole officer during a violations check, police said. His court date was not available.

Wauconda

•Thieves stole rain guards around 11 p.m. Aug. 18 from a vehicle parked in a store lot at 547 W. Liberty St., police said. A value estimate was not available.
