Briefs: RoundTable to sell MedAssist Holding

LAKE FOREST -- RoundTable Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm in the health-care industry, said Wednesday it agreed to sell one of its companies, MedAssist Holding Inc., to an affiliate of Firstsource Solutions Ltd. for $330 million in cash. Firstsource is a business process outsourcing company in India serving the banking, telecom, media and health-care industries. MedAssist is a provider of outsourced revenue-cycle management services to the health-care industry.

Bank offers loans for flood victims
