•A stereo was reported stolen out of a car around 6 p.m. Aug. 15 parked on the 100 block of Gerry Steven Court, police reports said. The vehicle's passenger window was broken, reports said.
•A stereo was reported stolen out of a vehicle around 8 p.m. Aug. 15 parked on the 0-100 block of Bernice Drive, police reports said. The vehicle's window was broken.
•A laptop computer was reported stolen out of a locked semi truck around 10:30 p.m. Aug. 13 parked on the 400 block of Thomas Drive, police reports said. The truck's driver's side window was broken.
•Two ten-speed bicycles were reported stolen around 8:45 p.m. Aug. 13 from the entryway on the 100 block W. Sonny Lane, police reports said.
•A stereo was reported stolen out of a vehicle around 8 p.m. Aug. 13 parked on the 020 block of Orchard Avenue, police reports said.
•Four wood fire doors, valued at roughly $7,000, were reported stolen around 1:10 p.m. Aug. 13 on the 200 block of S. Church Road, police reports said.
•Someone threw a rock through a Ford Focus window at an unknown time Aug. 12 while the car was parked on the 600 block of W. Green Street, police reports said.
•An 18-speed mountain bike was reported stolen out of a garage around 11:50 p.m. Aug. 11 on the 700 block of W. Main Street, police reports said.
•Aquilino Sales, 36, 460 W. Irving Park Road, Bensenville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving without a valid license following a traffic stop around 7 p.m. Aug. 10 on the 400 block of W. Irving Park Road, police reports said.
•A garden statue was reported stolen around 9 a.m. Aug. 10 out of the front yard of a residence on the 100 block of Addison Street, police reports said.
•Someone used an electric chain saw to cut the exhaust line of two cars and steal their catalytic converters Aug. 9, police reports said. The first incident was reported at 8:24 a.m. on the 100 block of Foster Avenue The second incident was reported at 8:48 a.m. on the 100 block of Wilson Court, reports said.
•Jorge Olea, 27, 545 Valerie Lane, Addison, and Augusto Lopez, 27, 599 Marshall Road, Bensenville, were both charged with theft and criminal trespass to property, police reports said. They were arrested around 10:30 a.m. Aug. 9 and accused of stealing copper from an area on the 200 block of Orchard Avenue, police reports said.
•Someone broke into an empty house on the 300 block of E. Irving Park Road through the rear door and damaged the interior of the home, police reports said. The incident was reported at 11 a.m. Aug. 9.
•A bicycle was reported stolen around 6:40 p.m. Aug. 7 on the 050 block of W. Irving Park Road, police reports said.
•The rear window of a home on the 100 block of Dierks Street was broken and its plywood covering was stolen, police reports said. The incident was reported around 10:15 p.m. Aug. 8.
•A glass ball lawn decoration was reported stolen around 6 a.m. Aug. 6 from the front lawn of a home on the 500 block of W. Hillside Drive, police reports said. It was later found down the street but it was broken.

•A laptop was reported stolen out of an unlocked vehicle around 8:45 a.m. Aug. 14 parked on the 500 block of Granville Avenue, police reports said.
•A box of satellite dishes was reported stolen from a locked business vehicle around 1:15 p.m. Aug. 13 parked on the 800 block of Central Avenue, police reports said. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime during the prior night.
•A radar detector was reported stolen out of an unlocked vehicle around 1:45 p.m. Aug. 13 parked on the 200 block of Ashbury Lane, police reports said.
•A GPS system, iPod and a number of miscellaneous items have been reported stolen out of an unlocked vehicle around 12:30 p.m. Aug. 13. The vehicle was parked on the 700 block of Circle Drive, police reports said. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime during the prior night.
•A wallet was reported stolen out of an unlocked vehicle parked on the 300 block of E. Granville Avenue between 1 and 2 a.m. Aug. 10, police reports said.
•A brick mailbox was blown up at an unknown time Aug. 10 on the 300 block of William Street, police reports said.
•A 20-inch, gold-and-black Hoffman bicycle valued at more than $500 was reported stolen at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 10 from the Skate Park at Maple Avenue and Irving Park Road, police reports said. The thief had blonde hair and was wearing a black shirt.
•A car was keyed and someone wrote on a garage door with a magic marker at an unknown time Aug. 9 on the 1000 block of Summerfield Drive, police reports said.
•A Schwinn bicycle, valued at roughly $230, was stolen out of the backyard of a residence sometime between Aug. 8 and Aug. 9 on the 500 block of Forum Drive, police reports said.
•Two brick mailboxes were blown sometime during the night Aug. 7 on the 700 block of Larson Lane and 200 block of Carey Drive, police reports said.
•A radar detector was reported stolen out of an unlocked car around 10:50 a.m. Aug. 7 parked on the 100 block of Brendon Court, police reports said.
•Tools were reported stolen out of an unlocked vehicle around 3:30 p.m. Aug. 7 parked on the 300 block of Ardmore Avenue, police reports said.
•The front and back license plates of a vehicle were reported stolen around 5:30 p.m. Aug. 5 parked in the 100 block of W. Lake Street, police reports said.
