•A 1999 Ford Expedition was scratched between 9 p.m. Aug. 13 and 9:30 a.m. Aug. 14 while it was parked on the 600 block of Mesa. The damage was estimated at $2,500.

•A 2002 Toyota Highlander was scratched between 6 p.m. Aug. 11 and 12:45 p.m. Aug. 12 while it was parked on the 3000 block of North Parkside Drive. The damage was estimated at $1,000.

•A mailbox was damaged between midnight and 8 a.m. Aug. 13 in the yard of a house on the 1200 block of West Dexter Lane. The damage was estimated at $50.

•A window was smashed out of a 1994 Honda between 8 p.m. Aug. 12 and 7 a.m. Aug. 13 while it was parked on the 1400 block of Westbury Drive. The damage was estimated at $150.

•A bicycle was stolen between 1:30 and 5:30 p.m. Aug. 13 out of the common area of an apartment building on the 900 block of Atlantic Avenue. The bike was valued at $70.

Schaumburg

•A window was smashed out of a 1996 Chrysler between 9 and 9:30 p.m. Aug. 13 while it was parked on the 1900 block of East Golf Road. The damage was estimated at $200.

•A saw was stolen between noon and 3:30 p.m. Aug. 13 out of a construction trailer on the 200 block of North Roselle Road. The saw was valued at $900.

•A copy machine, air duct cleaner, laptop computer, GPS system and two scooters were stolen between 12:30 and 9 a.m. Aug. 14 out of the garage of a house on the 500 block of Samoset Court. The items were valued at $10,500.
