Sparkling Mocha Truffle
4 tablespoons chocolate shavingsChocolate sauce 3/4 ounces chocolate liqueur 3/4 ounces vanilla liqueurSplash hazelnut liqueur1 ounce Ballatore Rosso SpumantePlace chocolate shavings on a plate and wet the rim of a mini martini glass with chocolate sauce. Dip glass into the shavings several times to ensure coverage. For added pizazz, drizzle chocolate sauce inside the glass. Freeze glass until ready to pour.In a mixing glass, combing liqueurs with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into prepared glass, filling halfway up. Top with spumante and serve.Serves one.Ballatore
