Maple-Granola Sweet Potatoes

1 can (40 ounces) cut sweet potatoes in syrup 1/2 cup real maple syrup4 tablespoons butter1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 cup prepared granola (with or without raisins)Drain the sweet potatoes and place in the work bowl of a food processor.Place the maple syrup, butter and cinnamon in a 2-cup glass measuring cup and cover with a paper towel. Microwave on high until butter is melted, about 1 1/2 minutes. Pour over sweet potatoes and pulse the processor motor until the potatoes are smooth.Spread the sweet-potato mixture in a 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole dish. Sprinkle the granola over the top. Microwave on high until heated through, about 3 minutes.Serves six.Nutrition values per serving: 319 calories, 10 g fat (5 g saturated), 57 g carbohydrates, 5 g fiber, 3 g protein, 57 mg cholesterol, 111 mg sodium.
