Dundee Lions team up with Dundee Highlands PTC for pancake breakfast Sunday

The Dundee Township Lions Club will team up with Dundee Highlands Elementary Parent-Teacher Council for a pancake breakfast fundraiser on Sunday, May 21. The breakfast will be 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Dundee Highlands Elementary, 407 S. Fifth St. in West Dundee.

Aside from delicious pancakes, there will be sausage links, biscuits and gravy with fruit to eat. Beverages will include milk, juice and coffee.

There will be a 50/50 raffle, face painting, entertainment from a magician and a putting contest. Winning the putting contest offers a free round of golf at Randall Oaks or Bonnie Dundee golf courses. Also for children, they have certificates for Dolphin Cove.

Profits from the breakfast will go to the Lions charity to help in the fight against diabetes and to other local charities. As well, Dundee Highlands PTC will use their portion of profits to help support many of their school programs for children in need.

Tickets are $7, $6 for seniors, $5 for age 3-12, or free for children under age 3.

All Cub Scouts in a Class A uniform also eat free.

The Dundee Lions meet regularly at the Village Squire in West Dundee. Find more about "Dundee Township Lions Club" on Facebook.
