Windsor Park employee receives Inspiration Award
During the 2017 Inspiration Awards Ceremony in St. Charles, Ill., Adrian Ursache, life enrichment coordinator at Windsor Park - one of 15 retirement communities operated by Covenant Retirement Communities (CRC) - received the Inspiration Award for demonstrating excellence in service standards and behaviors. Ursache was presented the award in the Courtesy category by Terri Cunliffe, president and CEO of CRC.
"CRC is committed to creating joy and peace of mind for residents and their families by providing a better way of life," said Cunliffe. "This year's recipients demonstrate how creating a culture of exceptional service can improve the quality of life for the people who live and work at a Covenant Retirement Community."
Ursache is responsible for ensuring the success of all residential events and programs at Windsor Park.
"Adrian earns the courtesy recognition every day with his smile, kind words, and gestures," said Andrew Clauson, Windsor Park's executive director. "He always takes time to make people feel that they're being listened to and that their questions are answered. He also serves as a SAIDO Learning supporter, and makes the sessions so enjoyable that participants never want to miss out."
Ursache is one of nine CRC employees nationwide who received Inspiration Awards. CRC's Inspiration Awards are presented annually to employees who demonstrate excellence in the service standards and behaviors that support the organization's Common Purpose: to create joy and peace of mind for residents and their families by providing a better way of life.
