Wayne's Basement, pop-up shops, and photography group show at First Fridays on March 3

If you missed sitting on Wayne's couch, the replica basement from Wayne's World is open again on First Fridays in March.

On March 3, visit Wayne's basement, stop by art openings, shop at a Pop Up Shop, and more.

"Party On! 25 Years of Wayne's World" continues at First Fridays on March 3 with a photo booth at Aurora Regional Fire Museum. There will be free trolley rides from 6 to 10 p.m.

The following venues in downtown Aurora are open for First Fridays on March 3.

• Stop by the opening reception for spring art exhibit from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Paramount Theatre Art Gallery, 23 E. Galena Blvd.

• See "Cracked & Colorful" paintings by Cleo Manuel Krueger from 7 to 11 p.m. at If These Walls Could Talk, 32 S. Stolp Ave.

• Check out "A Delectable Spectacle" from 7 to 10 p.m. at Repertoire Reservoir Studios, 14 W. Downer, upstairs.

• Browse through "The Postcard Show" from 6 p.m. to midnight at The ArtBar, Two Brothers Roundhouse, 205 N. Broadway

• See the art and exhibits at SciTech, 18 W. Benton St. from 6 to 8 p.m.

• One Hot Mess will perform at 9:30 p.m. at Ballydoyle, 23 W. New York St. See www.ballydoylepub.com for details.

• Blues musician Phil McLaughlin will perform from 7 to 9 p.m. at River's Edge Cafe, 14 W. Downer Place. And check out the art by West Aurora High School students

• Join in Wayne's World karaoke from 8:30 p.m. to close at Leland Legends, 1 S. Stolp Ave.

• Enjoy Windmill Ginger Brew Samples from 6 to 8 p.m. at Gillerson's Grubbery, 33 W. New York St.

• Join in $5 Mini classes and belly dance from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Zen Loft Wellness Center, 6 W. Downer Place, upstairs

• Stop by the Pop-Up Shop featuring eight vendors, plus Wayne's World Photo Booth, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Aurora Regional Fire Museum, 53 N. Broadway.

• "Respect the Mic" spoken word will be from 8:30 to 10 p.m. at Culture Stock, 43 E. Galena Blvd.

• From 6 to 9 p.m. at the David L. Pierce Art & History Center, 20 E. Downer Place, check out the first-floor exhibit on "Camp Hammond," the second floor display, "Aurora Story," or on the third floor, "Subtext" photography group show.

• View the "Wayne's World" basement at 5 E. Galena Blvd. in the old Waubonsee building on Stolp and Galena from 6 to 9 p.m.
