Two Brothers brews up a new dining and entertainment concept: The Craftsman by Two Brothers

Two Brothers Brewing Company is excited to announce the opening of their totally different dining and entertainment concept: The Craftsman by Two Brothers in downtown Naperville.

This multi-level dining establishment, located at 16 W. Jefferson, incorporates a market café, modern tavern and cocktail experience. The restaurant will open on Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016. The Craftsman is currently accepting reservations at twobrothersbrewing.com/restaurants/thecraftsman/.

The Craftsman is the third restaurant Two Brothers has opened in the Chicagoland area. It is an entirely new concept focused on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, which will be organic and from within 200 miles of the restaurant whenever possible. This dining experience has an inventive menu created by Chef Tommy Michel and will be executed by Head Chef, Jason Robinson.

The first level will feature the Market Café that offers a coffee bar featuring small-batch roasted Two Brothers Coffee Roasters coffee, a juice and smoothie bar, pastries and other breakfast options. There is also an artisan deli specializing in custom-made sandwiches and premium salads.

Go up one level and you will find the Modern Tavern, which offers fresh, upscale farm-to-table dining, reflecting Two Brothers commitment to sustainability. The menu will be updated frequently and will include items such as homemade horseradish gnocchi with pancetta and spinach, in-house aged steaks and sustainable seafood dishes.

The third floor cocktail bar, with separate access via its own entrance, features high-end, handmade cocktails served in a comfortable lounge setting or on the outdoor roof deck. Two Brothers will debut their forthcoming craft spirits line in this space, carrying on their artisan tradition in distilling.
