Global coworking boom coming to the Northwest suburbs
GENEVA, Ill - September 18, 2016 - 25N Coworking announces the expansion of its core business to include an 11,000-square-foot space at One Arlington, the leading luxury apartment community in the northwest suburbs.

The expected number of global coworking members is projected to increase 289 percent from about 976,000 in 2016 to over 3.8 million in 2020. Estimates for coworkers in the U.S. alone are expected at 2.2 million people.

25N Coworking will soon be bustling with just under 11,000 square feet of ground floor retail space in One Arlington, 3400 W. Stonegate Blvd., as the newest amenity for the mixed-use development Arlington Downs, which is located near Route 53 and Euclid Avenue in Arlington Heights.
According to Rick Cavenaugh, president of Stoneleigh Companies, the developer of One Arlington, the addition of a coworking space will add to the sense of community at the tower. "We estimate that at least 10 percent of the units within One Arlington are rented to individuals who either work at home or in a non-traditional work format," said Cavenaugh.
