Volunteers needed as adult literacy tutors
Aurora - Waubonsee Community College's Adult Literacy Project is seeking volunteers to tutor adult students in reading, writing and speaking English.
All training and materials are free.
An online volunteer tutor training program will be available throughout October.
The flexible, individually-paced curriculum includes readings and responses, and takes approximately six to eight hours to complete.
