Hollister Grove Announces Lease Activity At Grand Oaks and Hawthorn Health Centers
Libertyville, IL, April 28, 2015: Interest in the Grand Oaks Health Center at the Hollister Grove medical campus is heating up, if recent activity at is any indication. According to John Sheridan, Chairman of L.J. Sheridan & Co., there has been a robust combination of new leases, lease extensions and space expansion at the Libertyville location. L.J. Sheridan & Co. is property manager for Grand Oaks and Hawthorn Health Centers at Hollister Grove, owned by Hollister Incorporated, also of Libertyville.
North Shore Glaucoma extended their lease for 12 years while expanding to 5,158 total s.f. at Grand Oaks. The practice includes Dr. Michael Savitt, Dr. Brian Jacobs, Dr. Ronald Freeman and Dr. Julie Pearlman. They are joined by Willow Oak Pediatrics, who moved to Grand Oaks from Hawthorn Health Center to increase their space to 2,690 s.f. for at least the next 7 years. The practice includes Dr. Donald Fisher, Dr. Ronit Asherson, Dr. Larry Davis and Dr. Jesikah Shah. Finally, Weil Foot and Ankle Center, headed by Dr. Lowell Weill, expanded into a new 4,600 s.f. space for the next 9 years.
The newest tenant at Grand Oaks Health Center is MedPro Billing Solutions, a nationwide company providing billing and collection services for medical practices. The principal for the new location is Tammie Walk Vincent. Grand Oaks is nestled into the northern section of the serene Hollister Grove campus. The peaceful setting makes Hollister Grove a perfect location for medical practices.
