E-Commerce MKT 155 002 is a 16-week credit class that takes place from 6 to 8:50 p.m. Tuesdays beginning Jan. 20. This course will teach students how to develop a cogent e-commerce marketing campaign using brand development and other marketing concepts learned in class.

This course is ideal for business owners, marketing professionals, college students and anyone who looks to effectively differentiate, market and promote themselves or their business through e-commerce.

"Applied lessons and projects convert proven business practices into real-world skills for students entering the workforce, entrepreneurs launching a new venture and owner/managers charged with growth, said instructor Craig O'Keefe. "The goal is to provide tomorrow's leaders with the tools and know-how to succeed today in the competitive digital marketplace.

O'Keefe is an award-winning, marketing and communications leader and managing partner of Brandjolt. His career spans more than 25 years and includes executive tours at Y&RNY, Leo Burnett USA, Foote Cone & Belding and Marketing Drive Worldwide.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to explain the importance of brand development in e-commerce, demonstrate an understanding of how brands are positioned using electronic media and understand how marketing concepts apply to e-commerce and develop a cogent e-commerce marketing campaign, applying the concepts presented in class.
