First 1,000 Black Friday customers get gift cards

The Great Gift Card Giveaway will be held on Black Friday, Nov. 28, at Algonquin Commons, off Randall Road.

Gift cards will be given to the first 1,000 customers. And from 5 to 8 a.m. there will be free coffee, hot chocolate, gift cards and bags full of coupons, deals and freebies for the first 1,000 people in attendance.

To add to the holiday spirit, again this year the mall will have a convenient trolley with stops around the mall. No need to be out in the cold. Hop the trolley for warm convenient shopping. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, the trolley will run throughout the mall with Santa aboard for pictures and fun with the kids.

Most stores will be open starting at 5 a.m.; check local stores hours for specific open and close times. Visit shopatalgonquincommons.com.
