Open Mic Night set for Friday

In keeping with McHenry County Conservation District’s commitment to supporting talented local and regional musicians, it has announced the first Open Mic Night from 8 to 11 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, in the Valley Overlook Room at Lost Valley Visitor Center in Glacial Park, Route 31 and Harts Road in Ringwood.
Bring your instruments and favorite songs, stories, or poems to share, or just come to listen. Free hot chocolate and cookies will be available.
